Eligibility
Subject to the approval of the Advisory Board, a person will be eligible to apply in the prescribed format for financial assistance under the scheme if he/she fulfills the following-
- He/She must be an artist in the field of art and culture of the state.
- He/She must be above the age of 20 years (in case of applicant being the artist).
- The applicant should be a artist in distress.
- He/She must have made a mark or made some achievement in the field of art and culture.
- He/She must provide artistic credentials supporting his/her achievement.
